Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Financials Solution Architect to join the Workday Practice. You will be a hands-on architect on assigned projects, driving design sessions, capturing requirements, configuring solutions, and mentoring junior consultants.

You will support documentation, testing, go-live, and post-production activities, while collaborating with project leadership to optimize processes and ensure high customer satisfaction. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of Workday Financial implementation experience, or a Master’s with at least five years.
• Workday certification and competency in at least two Workday Financial pillars.
• Experience delivering Workday Financial implementations on multiple projects.
• Experience in ERP software sales cycles (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.)
• Up to 50% travel balanced with a work-from-home/office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on Financials Solution Architect on assigned projects, helping to streamline client processes.
• Oversee and facilitate Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure solutions, and mentor junior consultants.
• Perform documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, and post-production (hypercare) support.
• Collaborate with project leadership to communicate challenges and improvements to project processes.
