Guidehouse is seeking a Financials Solution Architect to join the Workday Practice. You will lead hands-on Workday Financial implementations, design sessions, and client-focused solutions across projects, balancing delivery with sales activities.

You will mentor junior consultants, ensure documentation and testing support, and drive post‑production support while traveling up to 50% as required by key milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Workday Financial implementation experience (or 5+ with Master’s).
• Workday certification and knowledge of at least two Workday Financial pillars.
• Experience executing projects within a structured methodology.
• Experience in ERP software sales cycles (RFx, etc.).
• Up to 50% travel with some on-site support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on Financials Solution Architect on assigned projects.
• Oversee design sessions, capture requirements, configure solutions, mentor junior consultants.
• Handle documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live and post-production support.
• Participate in sales cycle activities and communicate project issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with project leadership to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
