Key Requirements:

• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Core HCM.
• Expertise in Hire, Pre‑Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination processes.
• Experience designing and configuring complex Workday business processes, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security (domain security, business process security, role‑based and organization's access).
• Ability to create calculated fields and advanced Workday reports, including matrix reports.
• Understanding of Core HCM, organizations, staffing models, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
