Kyndryl is seeking a seasoned Workday HCM Compensation Specialist to lead design, implementation, and optimization of compensation-related modules across global regions. You will drive complex merit and bonus cycles, partner with leadership, and ensure data integrity within Workday platforms.

You will work within the HR Systems team to deliver scalable solutions, mentor teams, and support year-end processes while continuously optimizing HR processes and dashboards for executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or advanced certifications preferred.
• 7+ years as a hands-on Workday SME, configuring and maintaining HCM, Core, and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday.
• Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM implementations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to work with executive leadership and clients.
• Knowledge of HR processes and touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruiting, and security.
• Experience supporting HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Certifications: Workday Core HR, Workday Compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy complex global annual merit and bonus cycles.
• Analyze, design, develop, and deliver functional modifications to Workday HR systems/tools.
• Manage annual compensation administration, including merit and incentive processes.
• Configure, test, and administer annual processes in Workday (e.g., Performance Reviews).
• Create and maintain dashboards for leaders; audit data accuracy.
• Plan and coordinate preparations for major system updates; act as primary support contact.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for Workday product gaps.
