Qualifikationen

• End-to-end payroll operations knowledge and global SOP standardization.
• Ability to drive global payroll processes with local compliance.
• Strong communication to educate vendors and internal teams.
• Experience implementing payroll projects and system integrations.
• Knowledge of GDPR, SOC 1, ISO 27001 and data privacy controls.
