Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in Benefits.
• Ability to independently design and deploy Workday configurations from requirements to deployment.
• Strong understanding of benefits and payroll-related processes and downstream impacts.
• Experience supporting production Workday environments and live configurations.
• Experience with global or multi-country Workday deployments.
• Familiarity with Workday BP, security, and reporting for Time and Absence.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in enterprise settings.
