Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an HR Payroll Professional to ensure accurate, on-time payroll and to bridge between employees and third-party vendors. You will oversee policy interpretation, benefits, taxes, leaves, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll operations experience across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of global processes and local compliance.
• Strong communication to train and align stakeholders.
• Experience with payroll security controls and audits.
• Familiarity with cloud-based payroll tools (SAP/Workday/ADP).
• Track record of improving payroll accuracy and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate payroll on schedule and manage deductions.
• Coordinate with vendors and implement third-party payroll systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
• Handle offboarding and data security in payroll systems.
• Analyze data to identify risks and improve processes.
• Provide L2 support for payroll queries and SLA management.
