Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Workday Compensation specialist to lead design, configuration, and testing of compensation programs. You will collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams to shape strategic workstreams and deliver timely solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership of a dedicated team, prioritization of COE initiatives, and staying current with Workday releases to improve the employee and manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on Workday Compensation experience.
• Translate functional requirements to technical language.
• Extensive HR knowledge with compensation processes.
• Review and oversight of Workday Compensation configuration.
• Experience leading Workday initiatives and projects.
• Collaborative leadership with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
• Provide oversight on Workday Compensation configuration and related processes.
• Foster relationships with HR partners to understand strategic roadmaps.
• Prioritize large-scale COE-Workday projects within HR strategy.
• Ensure smooth operation of Workday Compensation configurations.
• Document functional requirements and manage testing plans.
• Lead a team of analysts and guide compensation solutions.
• Stay informed on Workday releases and new features for efficiency.
