KBR is seeking a Compensation Workday Configuration Analyst to serve as the primary Workday configuration expert for Compensation and Advanced Compensation. The role designs, configures, tests, and supports compensation processes, including merit cycles, bonus planning, equity programs, and data governance.

Qualifications
- Hands-on Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation configuration in production
- Experience with merit cycles, bonus planning, equity programs
- Strong data governance and reporting capabilities
- Ability to translate compensation strategy into system solutions
- U.S. citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary configuration expert for Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Lead end-to-end configuration, testing, and execution of annual compensation programs
- Configure compensation frameworks aligned to Total Rewards and org structures
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Support Workday releases, testing, and cycle readiness
- Ensure data integrity, audit controls, and security for compensation data
- Coordinate high-volume data loads using EIBs and related tools
- Provide Tier 2 Workday support and contribute to knowledge materials
