Job summary

KBR seeks a Compensation Workday Configuration Analyst to serve as the primary Workday configuration expert for Compensation and Advanced Compensation programs. You will design, configure, test, and optimize compensation processes, including merit cycles, bonus planning, equity programs, and data governance, while collaborating with HRIS and Total Rewards teams.

The role requires hands-on Workday compensation configuration experience and a focus on high data integrity, security, and scalable

Qualifications

Experience configuring Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation in production environments.
Strong ability to translate compensation strategies into scalable system configurations.
Proven track record of supporting annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary configuration expert for Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
Lead end-to-end configuration, testing, and execution of annual compensation programs.
Configure compensation frameworks aligned with Total Rewards and organizational structures.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Develop and enhance Workday compensation reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
Support Workday releases, testing, and UAT for compensation programs.
