Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to bridge Accounting/Finance with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and reporting. You will own complex configurations, support, and improvements, mentoring others and guiding testing and releases.

You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, HRIS, and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring data accuracy and proper controls across Workday modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 4–7 years of experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and reporting preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and reporting configurations.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor analysts and guide governance, controls, and security.
