Job summary

Altasciences seeks a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to partner with Accounting and Finance, owning complex configuration and sustained improvements across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and reporting.

You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, lead major enhancements, mentor analysts, and ensure accurate data, robust controls, and effective reporting for US operations. Strong Workday expertise and accounting background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4–7 years of experience supporting Workday products.
• Workday/Adaptive Planning certifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and Workday data model.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll processes and payroll accounting.
• Advanced Workday reporting experience (calculated fields, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning configuration and support.
• Design planning models, dimensions, accounts, and dashboards.
• Translate requirements into sustainable Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot data loads and reconciliation with source systems.
• Lead Workday Payroll processes and integrations support.
• Develop and execute payroll test strategies and controls.
• Lead design and delivery of complex Workday reports.
• Guide Workday Financials configuration and annual close activities.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices.
• Monitor Workday releases and drive improvements.
