Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to act as a functional and technical partner to Accounting and Finance. You will own configuration and improvements across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and reporting, guiding testing, release readiness, and cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, Workday expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with 4–7 years supporting Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Workday Payroll, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of Workday Adaptive Planning models and dashboards.
• Provide senior functional support for Workday Payroll and related accounting.
• Develop complex Workday reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support financial close, reconciliations, controls, and data validation in Workday.
• Help lead initiatives, workshops, testing strategies, and release readiness.
