Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to partner with Accounting and Finance on complex Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Payroll configurations. You will drive enhancements, ensure data integrity, and lead cross-functional initiatives with strong governance and controls.

The role demands accounting acumen, Workday expertise, and the ability to mentor other analysts while delivering scalable solutions and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–7 years supporting Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Payroll.
• Strong accounting fundamentals: GL, reconciliations, close processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Payroll configurations.
• Develop and execute test strategies for changes and year-end activities.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, HRIS, and vendors on integrations and reporting.
• Mentor analysts and guide testing, release readiness, and governance.
