Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to partner with the Accounting and Finance teams, focusing on configuring and improving Workday solutions for Financials and Payroll. This role requires strong accounting knowledge combined with Workday expertise to deliver reliable financial data and effective controls.

The successful candidate will lead enhancements and initiatives, tackle complex production issues, and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience supporting Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Experience administering or configuring Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Workday Financials and Payroll.
• Design and maintain planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Lead projects related to enhancements and business process redesign.
