Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst in Overland Park, KS, toPartner with Accounting and Finance on Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Payroll. You will own complex configurations, testing, and cross-functional initiatives ensuring accuracy and strong controls across the financial data model.

The role emphasizes mentorship, issue resolution, and driving enhancements while ensuring alignment with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years supporting Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and reporting.
• Workday certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex Workday reports for Accounting, Finance, Payroll and stakeholders.
• Configure and support Workday Financials, Planning, Payroll, security and integrations in a controlled environment.
• Mentor analysts, guide testing strategies, and ensure release readiness across projects.
