Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to partner with Accounting and Finance to own complex configuration and continuous improvement across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Payroll. You will lead reporting efforts, ensure data integrity, and support financial close with strong controls.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, ability to mentor others, and collaboration with FP&A, HRIS, and external partners. A regulated life sciences environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with 4–7 years of Workday experience.
• Demonstrated Workday Financials experience and strong accounting fundamentals (GL, subledgers, reconciliations, close).
• Hands-on Experience administering/configuring Workday Adaptive Planning (models, versions, sheets, dashboards).
• Experience with Workday Payroll processes and payroll accounting.
• Advanced Workday reporting experience (calculated fields, Advanced/Matrix/Composite reports).
• Experience with security, integrations, data loads, and controlled production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning support and design, configure planning models and dashboards.
• Provide senior-level Workday Payroll support and analyze payroll-related results.
• Lead design and delivery of complex Workday reports and analytics.
• Support Workday Financials and related integrations to ensure close, reconciliations, and controls.
• Lead projects, mentor analysts, and govern change management and testing.
