Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to act as a functional and technical partner to the Accounting and Finance teams. The role covers Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and enterprise reporting with emphasis on data integrity and scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, HRIS, and external partners to translate requirements into reliable configurations, lead testing, and guide major initiatives from discovery to release readiness.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience supporting Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Workday Payroll, and financial reporting.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and workday configuration experience.
• Experience with planning, payroll, reporting, security, integrations, and data model considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional/admin support for Workday Adaptive Planning and model maintenance.
• Lead payroll processes support, costing, accruals, and GL postings in Workday.
• Design and deliver complex Workday reports and dashboards for finance and payroll.
• Support Workday Financials, banking, projects, and related integrations with governance.
• Lead initiatives, testing, release readiness, documentation, and mentoring of analysts.
