Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst to serve as a functional and technical partner to the Accounting and Finance teams. You will own complex configuration, support, and improvements across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and enterprise reporting, translating requirements into scalable solutions with strong controls and accurate data.

The role involves leading enhancements, guiding testing, mentoring analysts, and ensuring alignment with GL and downstream

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 to 7 years of experience supporting Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Workday Payroll, financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and maintenance for Workday Adaptive Planning; translate budgeting and forecasting requirements into sustainable solutions.
• Provide senior-level functional support for Workday Payroll and its impact on accounting and finance; analyze requirements and resolve issues.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex Workday reports for multiple stakeholders; ensure accuracy and governance of reporting outputs.
• Support Workday Financials modules across accounting, banking, procurement, projects, and revenue recognition; assess impact of changes on the GL and downstream systems.
