Altasciences is seeking a Senior Workday ERP Analyst who serves as a functional and technical partner to Accounting and Finance. You will own complex configuration, support, and improvements across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, and reporting.

The role leads enhancements, guides testing, and mentors other analysts. You will ensure payroll, planning, and reporting activities align with GAAP, controls, and data integrity, while collaborating with FP&A, HRIS, and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with 4–7 years of Workday Experience.
• Workday/Adaptive Planning certifications or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and Workday data model.

Responsabilités

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning design, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide senior-level Workday Payroll support and data validation.
• Lead complex Workday reporting design including Advanced/Matrix/Composite reports.
• Support Workday Financials, security, and integrations with controlled change.
• Mentor analysts and drive governance, testing, and release readiness.
