Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials.
• Workday Pro Certification in R2R / P2P / Q2C / Prism or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional architect and design authority for Workday Financials across multiple modules.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for finance processes aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and translate concepts into guidance.
• Own Workday configuration strategy, governance, and release management for financial systems.
• Review and deliver enhancements, automation opportunities, and new feature adoption.
• Provide leadership for testing, data validation, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, security, and data teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Monitor Workday releases and recommend adoption strategies.
• Mentor analysts and administrators to promote continuous improvement.
