Job summary

Groundswell Corporation is seeking a Workday Delivery Lead/Project Manager to drive a complex Workday modernization for a federal program. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensure alignment with Workday methodologies, and report to the Program Manager on progress, risks, and decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise software delivery or Workday leadership, and multiple Workday deployments, with TS/SCI-eligible clearance and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret clearance with SCI favorability and CI polygraph.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery or Workday implementation leadership.
• Led at least three Workday deployments from planning through go-live.
• Workday HCM Certification required.
• Workday EM/PM Certification required.
• PMP or equivalent (DAWIA Level Three) in Program Management required.
• Deep understanding of the Workday Methodology and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional Workday teams and coordinating requirements, design, integrations, testing, and go-live.
• Strong customer-facing leadership experience with federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Workday implementation across functional and technical workstreams.
• Develop detailed implementation plans aligned with IMS and program milestones.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies; craft mitigation plans.
• Lead customer-facing Workday discussions, reviews, and readiness sessions.
• Ensure configurations and integrations follow approved architecture and requirements.
• Mentor and manage cross-functional Workday delivery teams; ensure quality and schedules.
