Job summary

Groundswell Corporation is seeking a Workday Solution Architect to lead enterprise HCM solution design for government clients. You will drive architecture across Workday implementations, mentor delivery teams, and ensure alignment with security standards and Groundswell capabilities.

The role requires a TS/SCI readiness, 10+ years in Workday/ERP, and experience guiding 3+ deployments, with onsite work in the DMV area and limited travel.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI with CI polygraph as required by contract.
• 10+ years’ experience implementing Workday or equivalent HCM/ERP apps.
• Experience leading 3+ Workday deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design Workday and HCM solution architecture for large, complex programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and mentor staff.
• Communicate with clients to analyze requirements and shape future plans.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, security, and best practices.
