Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled Workday Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Workday HCM solutions for federal clients. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams of Workday leads, consultants, BAs, developers, security engineers, and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• Workday HCM Certification required; additional Workday certs preferred.
• 10+ years implementing Workday or equivalent HCM/ERP applications.

Responsibilities

• Design Workday HCM architecture for large programs and complex environments.
• Provide expert guidance on software design, system architecture, and security practices.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams of consultants, BAs, developers, and SMEs.
• Communicate with clients to analyze requirements and influence solution strategies.
• Deliver architecture reviews, performance optimizations, and technical scoping.
• Plan for risks, dependencies, and remediation strategies.
