Job summary
Groundswell is seeking a Workday Technical Architect to provide technical leadership for a complex Workday deployment supporting an Intelligence Community customer. You will oversee Workday technical workstreams, ensure alignment with architecture and standards, and coordinate with a broad set of stakeholders across multiple programs.
The ideal candidate combines deep Workday technical expertise with enterprise technology leadership, able to translate dependencies into clear risks and actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Over 10 years in enterprise technology or ERP implementations.
- At least 5 years of Workday implementation experience with technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across Workday technical workstreams (Integration, Data Conversion, Security, environments, testing).
- Coordinate plans, milestones, dependencies, and interfaces with other teams.
- Translate complex technical dependencies into clear impacts for stakeholders.
- Lead cross-workstream technical discussions and issue resolution.
- Support governance, readiness reviews, and deployment readiness activities.
