Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Workday Delivery Lead / Project Manager to guide a complex IC modernization program from planning to go-live. You will lead cross-functional Workday teams, align with architecture, and report progress, risks, and decisions to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities include managing requirements, design, configuration, testing, and post-production transition, while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in a highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 10+ years of enterprise software delivery or Workday leadership.
• Experience leading at least three Workday deployments.
• Formal Workday certifications are required.
• PMI- or DoD-aligned project management credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Workday deployment across multiple workstreams.
• Develop detailed implementation plans and track milestones.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure quality, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
• Mentor the Workday delivery team and coordinate subcontractors.
