Job summary

Groundswell Corporation seeks a highly skilled Workday Data Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end data conversion for a complex Workday implementation supporting an Intelligence Community customer. You will coordinate data extraction, mapping, harmonization, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation across multiple client organizations.

The role requires deep Workday data conversion expertise, strong technical and data management skills, and proven leadership across conversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HCM, ERP, or enterprise technology implementations with data conversion focus.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience including leading data conversion activities.
• Experience leading end-to-end data conversion workstreams in large Workday deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Conversion workstream for a complex Workday implementation with multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage data conversion strategy, plan, and milestones.
• Coordinate with data owners across client organizations to extract, validate, and prepare source data for conversion.
• Oversee data profiling, mapping, harmonization, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure data conversion activities align with configuration decisions, integration requirements, and security policies.
• Lead and coordinate data validation and reconciliation with client teams during conversion cycles.
