Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to drive the optimization and evolution of Workday across a global, multi‑module enterprise system. You will lead design and deployment of new functionality, mentor junior analysts, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Recruiting to shape talent, compensation, and time management.

This role offers deep exposure to HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking and Absence, with cross‑functional collaboration

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business Administration, IT/IS, or related field.
• Workday Certification(s) a plus.
• Experience with HR, Payroll, or Finance processes and data governance.

Mansioni

• Lead requirements gathering for new Workday functionality and modules; translate business needs into technical specs and system design.
• Build, configure, and test new Workday solutions in sandboxes; manage end-to-end deployment cycles.
• Drive change management to ensure smooth user adoption of new processes and technology.
• Partner with Workday implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to scope enhancements and validate solutions.
• Provide end-user support; troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system stability.
