BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst (Compensations) to configure, optimize and maintain HRIS solutions focusing on compensation, core HR and talent management. You will act as a key technical resource ensuring the HR ecosystem aligns with business needs and reporting requirements.
Design, configure, and manage Workday modules to align with corporate plans, implement Talent Management processes, and build advanced reports for insights.
Competenze
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, HRIS Specialist, or related role.
- Expertise in Workday HCM, Core HR, and Compensation & Benefits configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Talent Management and Workday Report Writer.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Mansioni
- Design, configure, and manage Workday Compensation and Core HR to align with plans.
- Implement and support Workday Talent Management processes.
- Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity via audits, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to translate requirements into designs.
