Ally Financial is seeking a Sr Analyst, Business Systems Development-Workday to design, configure, administer, and optimize Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules.
Based on a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with HR, Technology, and third-party teams from Ally’s Charlotte, Detroit, or Jacksonville locations, and guide system improvements aligned with service levels and business goals.
Formación
- 3+ years configuring Workday HCM Core and/or Compensation modules.
- Bachelor's degree in HR/HRIS/Technology or related field.
- Experience with case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Responsabilidades
- Configure and administer Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
- Collaborate with HR, Technology and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Workday Support and third parties.
- Maintain change controls and data integration processes.
- Communicate options clearly to stakeholders and document improvements.
