Qualifications

Hands-on configuration and maintenance of Workday HCM.
Experience with Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits and Time Tracking.
Experience building Workday integrations, reports and calculated fields.
Understanding of Workday security, data management and governance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain and optimize Workday HCM functionality.
Support Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Time Tracking and related HR processes.
Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations and data interfaces.
Create and maintain reports and data management processes.
Investigate and resolve complex system issues and improve performance.
Maintain system security, access controls and configuration standards.
Support system updates, testing and new functionality releases.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.
Collaborate with HR, IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues.
Coordinate with external providers when additional support is needed.
