Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Digital Advisory Services practice. You will contribute to implementing and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.

The role involves leading implementation workstreams, collaborating with client teams, and mentoring junior consultants while helping clients optimize financial operations and data integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance or MIS preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in corporate FP&A or accounting.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and financial systems.
• Strong JavaScript, SQL and integration tools experience.
• Ability to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects on time.
• Lead client sessions to map operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL and APIs.
• Train client teams to use new tools effectively.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and automate workflows.
