Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will contribute to multiple client projects implementing Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance financial reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities while benefiting from a global brand and entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and SQL for data integration.
• Minimum 3 years corporate financial accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year corporate financial planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Configure and maintain forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Integrate data from ERP systems via APIs/JDBC to Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Provide training and advisory to client teams.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality deliverables on project timelines.
