Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Digital Advisory Services practice. You will apply your enterprise planning experience across client projects, delivering implementations and ongoing optimization while working with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

You will lead workstreams, configure planning models, integrate data from ERP systems, and mentor junior staff. Travel up to 20% and contribute to client advisory and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, delivering workstreams and meeting timelines.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics.
• Build, configure, and maintain forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC and other platforms.
• Help clients streamline financial processes by automating workflows and reports.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of tools.
• Travel as needed, approximately 20%.
