Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, optimize, and support Enterprise Performance Management solutions to help clients improve forecasting and reporting processes across finance teams.

As part of the team, you will work on a range of projects, mentor associates, and advise clients on best practices while building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems or consulting.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience preferred.
• Strong ability to learn and apply new financial systems and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
• Configure, test, and optimize planning models and reporting.
• Provide training and advisory support to client teams.
