Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve client financial reporting, planning, and forecasting across diverse projects.

You will work within a collaborative team, mentor junior consultants, and travel about 20% to engage with clients while leveraging your strong JavaScript, SQL, and integration skills to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects, meeting timelines and client expectations.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations, define planning goals, and identify key decision metrics.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, JavaScript, and SQL.
