Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to define the strategy, roadmap, and architecture of our enterprise planning platform. You will lead design and hands-on technical work for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis.

As a domain authority, you will translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, optimize processes, and oversee integrations with Workday Financials, HCM, ERP, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years FP&A or enterprise planning platforms experience, including 5+ years Workday Adaptive Planning as architect or lead.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of adaptive modeling, workforce planning, financial planning and forecasting, OfficeConnect, dashboards, and security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, CS, or related field; Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement planning platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management for budgeting, forecasting, long range planning, workforce planning, and scenario analysis.
• Lead design of scalable Adaptive Planning solutions and ensure data integrity across the enterprise.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership from discovery through implementation and postproduction support.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and optimize processes for FP&A and related teams.
• Architect multidimensional planning models including revenue, expense and headcount planning; support driver-based forecasting and scenario modeling.
