Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, modeling and reporting. You will own the Adaptive Planning environment, develop scalable models, and deliver dashboards that support budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning.

You’ll partner with Finance, HR and IT to maximize platform value. We value hands-on experience with FP&A processes and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in admin/developer roles with Workday Adaptive Planning (3+ years on Adaptive).
• Experience creating complex Adaptive Planning reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator, configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, security, data governance, and monitor system performance.
• Design and build models and planning solutions applying FP&A best practices.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and stakeholders.
