Job summary

Strada is a leading Workday and HR technology services provider recruiting a Workday Functional Consultant. This role focuses on Absence Management and Time Tracking, delivering innovative solutions for client projects from a home-based setup with up to 40% travel to client sites.

You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design, configure, and test Workday deployments, while mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices within the Professional Services team.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communications in English.
• Advanced analytical and functional skills shown in projects or support.
• Certified in Workday Absence Management and/or Time Tracking or 2+ years experience supporting them.
• Experience with HR Systems post go-live maintenance.
• HR processes consultancy experience desirable.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for client interactions.
• Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Experience in virtual team settings preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, self-management, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in Workday Absence Management & Time Tracking
• Understand client post go-live requirements and design, build, configure and test Workday solutions
• Mentor and train junior consultants
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to internal capability building
• Build rapport with Professional Services clients and optimise Workday deployments
• Develop relationships with project teams and external clients
• Apply Workday and Strada methodologies in delivery
• Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by handling multiple client projects
