Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Consultant at senior/manager levels to lead and deliver Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking projects across multiple clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure timely, quality deliverables, and leverage deep Workday expertise to solve complex problems.

The role emphasizes client engagement, project leadership, and ongoing Workday certification, with flexible working options and strong focus on outcomes and Strada's brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, HR, CS, or relevant field of study.
• 3–7+ years of consulting experience implementing Financials systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro)
• Experience transforming business process requirements into system configurations.
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and prioritize conflicting demands.
• Excellent oral and written communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Workday certification is required; PATT and ongoing re-certification.
• This role does not offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Deliver medium to large client deliverables across concurrent projects per Strada standards.
• Guide and review work of less experienced colleagues.
• Engage in internal initiatives to strengthen Strada’s brand and Knowledge base.
• Contribute to Workday ecosystem groups and product chats.
