Responsibilities

• Configure business processes, notifications, and rules within Workday Absence and HCM.
• Maintain global leave plans, accruals, eligibility, carryover and related processes.
• Build and test reports with calculated fields and ensure data integrity.
• Support releases and coordinate feature enablement with Talent, IT and Finance.
• Manage security groups and docs distribution for Workday modules.
