Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business admin, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, rules, analytics and sub-processes.
• Maintain global leave, accruals, eligibility rules and carryover processes.
• Build and test reports with calculated fields; ensure data integrity.
