Qualifications

• Experience with technical, outdoor and performance products.
• Strong jacket engineering and construction knowledge.
• Deep understanding of women’s fit, proportion and silhouette.
• Ability to merge technical functionality with feminine design.
• Cost engineering capability; collaborate with manufacturers on costs.
• Forward-thinking approach to AI in design; hands-on with AI tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical construction and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical outerwear.
• Produce technical drawings, tech packs and construction details.
• Select outerwear materials, insulation systems and trims.
• Develop silhouettes balancing fit with technical performance.
• Monitor trend research and competitive analysis for opportunities.
• Collaborate with production and overseas factories on costing.
• Incorporate AI into design and development workflows.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Merchandising and factories throughout the lifecycle.
