• Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical outerwear categories.
• Produce technical drawings, tech packs and construction details.
• Select materials, insulation systems and trims based on product needs.
• Develop silhouettes balancing women’s fit with technical performance.
• Monitor market trends and translate findings into new silhouettes and features.
• Collaborate with Production and overseas partners to optimize costs.
• Ensure quality, function and design intent are maintained.
