Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead WMS/LMS implementations across our site network. You will coordinate design, configuration, testing, and deployment, aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires strong project leadership, SQL proficiency, and experience integrating WMS with ERP systems like SAP. Travel up to 25-50% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Supply Chain, CS or related field.
• 6-8 years' experience in PM and launching WMS/LMS implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL required.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of distribution/warehousing concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities from design to launch, including planning, requirements, build, test, and rollout.
• Develop BRD and document configurations and integrations for WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Ensure on-time launches and manage delays with mitigation plans.
• Lead client engagements with scope, goals and deliverables.
• Create communication plans and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and postmortems to drive recommendations.
• Prepare closure artifacts and handoff to production support.
• Define best practices for project management and budgeting.
