Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead end-to-end WMS/LMS/WCS implementations across a network of sites in the United States. You will drive business requirements, design, testing, and deployment while coordinating with ERP, WMS and WCS stakeholders.

You will manage project scope, timelines, risks, and communications, mentor junior staff, and ensure successful turnover to production support. A strong SQL and analytics background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, SCM, CS or related field is required.
• 6-8 years' experience in project management and WMS/LMS implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL is required.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP) is required; WCS is a plus.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and partners.
• Knowledge of distribution center/logistics concepts and warehousing terminology.
• Creative, strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects and problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of all project activities from design to launch.
• Write BRDs for configurations and integrations of WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Ensure on-time launches and predict delays to meet timelines.
• Lead client engagements and define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project communications plans and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; manage project life cycle.
• Define success criteria and conduct postmortems with recommendations.
• Oversee closure artifacts and turnover to production support.
