Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to drive end-to-end WMS/LMS implementations across our warehousing network. You will coordinate design, configuration, testing, and deployment while aligning with business goals and stakeholders.

The role requires 6–8 years of project management experience, strong SQL skills, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder communication. Travel is expected as projects span multiple sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/SCM/CS or related field.
• 6–8 years' experience in project management and WMS/LMS implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL required.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP preferred); WCS experience a plus.
• Ability to build professional client relationships and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities from design through launch and post-launch support.
• Draft BRDs for configurations and integrations for WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Ensure on-time project launches and predict delays.
• Lead client engagements with clear goals and deliverables.
• Develop communication plans and report project status to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and conduct postmortems to identify improvements.
