Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of the Warehouse Management System across its site network in the U.S. You will partner with business leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include requirements, design, testing, training, risk management, and post-launch turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, SCM, CS or related field.
• 6–8 years of PM experience in WMS/LMS implementations.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities from design to launch, coordinating across teams.
• Write business requirement docs for configurations and integrations.
• Launch projects on time and manage delays.
• Lead client consulting engagements with scope and goals.
• Develop and communicate project status and risk.
• Define success criteria and conduct postmortems.
• Prepare artifacts for turnover to production support.
