Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead the functional and technical implementation of our Warehouse Management and related systems across the site network. You will coordinate design, planning, testing, and launch activities, while guiding client engagements and delivering documentation and training materials.

The role requires strong PM skills, SQL proficiency, and experience integrating WMS with ERP (SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/SCM/CS or related field.
• 6–8 years of PM experience launching WMS/LMS projects.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP) is required; WCS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project activities: design, planning, execution, testing and launch.
• Create BRD for configurations, customizations and integrations for WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Launch projects on time and manage schedule risks.
• Lead client engagements with scoping and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• Develop and communicate project status, risks, and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure successful turnover to production support.
