Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Application Launch Manager to lead the implementation of our Warehouse Management System across a network of warehouses. You will work with a cross-functional team to plan, configure, test, and launch WMS/LMS projects that align with business goals.

The role requires 6–8 years of project management experience in WMS/LMS implementations, strong SQL skills, and a proven ability to manage client relations and ERP integrations such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, SCM, CS or related field.
• 6–8 years PM experience in WMS/LMS implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (SAP); WCS a plus.
• Ability to build professional client relationships.
• Knowledge of distribution center/logistics concepts.
• Creative, strategic decision making; strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of all project activities from design through launch and support.
• Write business requirement docs for configurations and integrations (WMS/LMS/WCS).
• Launch projects on time and manage delays to ensure on-time deployment.
• Lead client consulting engagements with scope, goals and deliverables.
• Develop and communicate project plans, status updates, and risk mitigation.
• Assemble and manage project risk with the team and stakeholders.
• Define success criteria and disseminate to involved parties.
• Oversee postmortems and generate recommendations for future projects.
• Prepare artifacts for closure turnover to production support.
